As we’re getting ready for Season 2, Google decided to finally inform us that nine months ago, Matt Durkin of Matt Versus Audio Drama posted a review of Jarnsaxa Rising on his YouTube Channel.

This blows my mind. I only started following Matt a few months ago, but I’m hooked. His YouTube channel is utterly charming, sort of like wandering onto the front porch of the home of a graduate school professor and catching him between cups of strong coffee and scribbling thoughts in a stack of several interconnected notebooks. I had no idea that Jarnsaxa came up on his radar.

In any case, after watching this, I’m definitely subscribing to Mirth Defect. Thank you for putting wind in our sails, Matt!  Reviews are for podcasters what any noises an audience makes are for actors.

Work continues on Season 2. We have recorded A Feast in Niflhel, and many surprises are on their way.  We can’t wait to get Jarnsaxa’s saga in your ears.
